Nathalie Brooks

Co-Founder & Owner

Nathalie Brooks co-founded Brooks Heating & Air with her husband Chris in 2009. She is also a leader in promoting women in the HVAC industry, co-founding Women In HVAC-R Canada to support inclusion and career development. Through advocacy, networking, education, and mentoring, she works to break stereotypes and make the trade more accessible and appealing to women and young students.

Chris Brooks

Co-Founder & Co-Owner

Chris Brooks co-founded Brooks Heating & Air in Georgetown, Ontario, with his wife Nathalie in 2009. The business expanded from one truck to six, now employing twelve full-time staff. A licensed TSSA Gas Technician and certified Air Conditioning Mechanic since 1999, Chris is known for his professionalism and quality work. A former reservist with the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry for 25 years, he earned the nickname “the Colonel.” Under his leadership, the company is recognized for reliability and excellence in Georgetown.

Lucas Brooks

Director of Operations

Lucas Brooks, Director of Operations at Brooks Heating & Air, represents the fourth generation of gas fitters in his family. Trained at the Halton Skilled Trades Academy, he developed a passion for working with tools while learning the trade from his father and Opa. A licensed TSSA Gas Technician and certified 313D residential air conditioning mechanic, Lucas continues the family legacy in the HVAC industry.

Dave

Home Comfort Advisor

Dave is a knowledgeable Home Comfort Advisor at Brooks Heating and Air, dedicated to helping homeowners find the perfect heating and cooling solutions for their needs. With a customer-first approach and a strong understanding of HVAC system design, efficiency, and performance, Dave guides clients through every step — from assessment to recommendation — with clarity and confidence. His friendly demeanor, honesty, and expertise make him a trusted resource for creating comfortable, energy-efficient homes.

Peter

Home Comfort Advisor

Peter is our Home Comfort Advisor. Pete will come to your home to take measurements and photographs of your existing system to present you with the best solution. Peter stays up-to-date with new equipment trends in the HVAC industry. When he's not helping customers, Peter enjoys playing Van Halen riffs on his guitar, pumping iron in the gym and playing with his young twins.

Frances

Office Admin

Bringing many years of HVAC industry experience, office administrator Frances Hegedus prides herself on her business values and excellent customer service. When not running the office at Brooks Heating & Air, Frances enjoys country living with her husband and children and supplies us with gorgeous fresh eggs collected from her happy chickens.

Mimi

Office Assistant

Mimi is a former teacher who joined the Brooks team to help out in our office. She has twin daughters and two stepsons, and she lives in Georgetown with her husband and two cats.

Andrew

HVAC Technician

Hailing from Brampton, HVAC technician Andrew has many years as a TSSA licensed gas technician and certified Red Seal 313A air conditioning mechanic. He has an excellent ability to diagnose any problems you may have with any of your HVAC equipment. A Blue Jays fan at heart, he enjoys playing softball when he's not on the tools.

HVAC Apprentice

Jacob is a dedicated HVAC technician based in Georgetown, known for his attention to detail and commitment to top-notch service. Outside of work, you'll likely find him at the gym, where his passion for fitness keeps him energized and focused. Whether he's fine-tuning a furnace or hitting a new personal best, Jacob brings strength and discipline to everything he does.

Thomas is a skilled HVAC technician based in Georgetown, known for his reliable service and dedication to keeping homes comfortable year-round. When he's not working on heating and cooling systems, Thomas unwinds by playing music, blending his technical precision with creative expression. Whether he's tuning up an air conditioner or strumming his guitar, Thomas brings heart and craftsmanship to everything he does.

Jamie is a licensed technician who brings years of hands-on HVAC experience to every service call, keeping Halton Hills homes running safely and comfortably. When he's not on the tools, Jamie loves nothing more than spending time with his family.

HVAC Technician

Halton Skilled Trades Academy graduate and Georgetown local, Chris joined the trade because he enjoys hands-on work where he gets to deal with the public. In his spare time, he likes to snowboard and cycle. Chris is a fully licensed TSSA Gas Technician and is now a fully certified 313D residential air conditioning mechanic.

Jonathan is a valued HVAC technician, holding his TSSA gas license and currently completing his 1st-year Residential Air Conditioning apprenticeship. He is passionate about learning the trade and delivering dependable service to homeowners. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys dabbling in real estate and expanding his knowledge of property investment.

Trevor is a dependable HVAC technician proudly serving his hometown Georgetown community, known for his hands-on expertise and strong work ethic. A former rugby player with the North Halton Highlanders, he brings the same grit and teamwork from the field into every job. Whether tackling tough installations or fine-tuning systems, Trevor delivers with precision and pride.
