SMS Terms & Conditions

When you provide your mobile number and give express consent (for example, by checking the consent box on one of our forms or asking us to text you), Brooks Heating & Air may send you text messages (SMS) about your service request — appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates and follow-ups — and, only where you have separately agreed, occasional offers and seasonal service tips. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies with your request (a typical service visit generates a handful of messages). Message and data rates may apply — check your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major Canadian networks; availability depends on your carrier and device.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time — we will send one final confirmation and stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (905) 877-3100 or [email protected]. Opting out of texts does not affect service communications by phone or email about work you have booked.

Our text messages comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we send commercial electronic messages only with your consent, we identify ourselves in our messages, and every message path includes a working opt-out. You can withdraw consent at any time using STOP or the contact details above.

Mobile numbers collected for texting are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. See Your Privacy Choices for all privacy options.
