Nathalie
Co-founder and Owner
Nathalie Brooks co-founded Brooks Heating & Air with her husband Chris in 2009. She is also a leader in promoting women in the HVAC industry, co-founding Women In HVAC-R Canada to support inclusion and career development. Through advocacy, networking, education, and mentoring, she works to break stereotypes and make the trade more accessible and appealing to women and young students.

Co-founder and Co-owner
Chris Brooks co-founded Brooks Heating & Air in Georgetown, Ontario, with his wife Nathalie in 2009. The business expanded from one truck to six, now employing twelve full-time staff. A licensed TSSA Gas Technician and certified Air Conditioning Mechanic since 1999, Chris is known for his professionalism and quality work. A former reservist with the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry for 25 years, he earned the nickname 'the Colonel.' Under his leadership, the company is recognized for reliability and excellence in Georgetown.
Lucas Brooks
Director of Operations
Lucas Brooks, Director of Operations at Brooks Heating & Air, represents the fourth generation of gas fitters in his family. Trained at the Halton Skilled Trades Academy, he developed a passion for working with tools while learning the trade from his father and Opa. A licensed TSSA Gas Technician and certified 313D residential air conditioning mechanic, Lucas continues the family legacy in the HVAC industry.
Frances
Office Admin
Bringing many years of HVAC industry experience, office administrator, Frances Hegedus prides herself on her business values and excellent customer service. When not running the office at Brooks Heating & Air, Frances enjoys country living with her husband and children and supplies us with gorgeous fresh eggs collected from her happy chickens.
Mimi
Office Assistant
Mimi is a former teacher, she joined the Brooks team to help out in our office. She has twin daughters and two stepsons and she lives in Georgetown with her Husband and two cats.
Peter
Home Comfort Advisor
Peter is our Home Comfort Advisor. Pete will come to your home to take measurements and photographs of your existing system to present you with the best solution. Peter stays up-to-date with new equipment trends in the HVAC industry. When he’s not helping customers, Peter enjoys playing Van Halen riffs on his guitar, pumping iron in the gym and playing with his young twins.
Andrew
HVAC Technician
Hailing from Brampton, HVAC technician, Andrew has many years as a TSSA licensed gas technician and certified Red Seal 313A air conditioning mechanic He has an excellent ability to diagnose any problems you may have with any of your HVAC equipment. A Blue Jays fan a heart, he enjoys playing softball when he’s not on the tools.

Halton Skilled Trades Academy graduate, Georgetown local, Chris joined the trade because he enjoys hands-on work where he gets to deal with the public. In his spare time, he likes to snowboard & cycle. Chris is a fully licensed TSSA Gas Technician and is now a fully certified 313D residential air conditioning mechanic.
