What happens during the estimate visit?
- Heat-loss assessment. The advisor evaluates your home's size, insulation, windows, and existing equipment — not just the label on the old furnace. Sizing is what makes or breaks a heat pump in an Ontario winter.
- Ductwork and electrical check. Central heat pumps use your existing ducts; the advisor confirms they're adequate and checks whether your panel can support the new equipment.
