Phil, the onsite technician, arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with the multiple units. Very happy with his assessment and now waiting on their estimate to repair one unit and replace the other two. I have used Brooks in the past and highly recommend them.

Brooks Heating and Air offers great customer service checking AC and Furnace unit. Michael came out to do a routine furnace maintenance check. He arrived ahead of schedule and gave excellent detail on the system during the evaluation process. Polite and professional communication. I highly recommend this company.
