Chris Brooks


Milton native, Chris Brooks started his career in HVAC in 1999. He co-founded Brooks Heating and Air in 2009 with his wife Nathalie. Together they grew a one truck, home-based business to 4 trucks and 7 full-time staff and are now located in a commercial building on Sinclair Ave. Chris prides himself on professionalism, quality of workmanship and doing the job right the first time. To the team he is referred to as the Colonel in reference to his 25 year military career as a Royal Hamilton Light Infantry Reservist. In 1994 he was deployed to the former Yugoslavia as a Peace Keeper for the United Nations. Chris is a fully licensed TSSA Gas technician and College of Trades certified Air Conditioning Mechanic.

Nathalie Brooks


Georgetown native, Nathalie Brooks started Brooks Heating and Air in 2009 with her husband Chris. Nathalie is a Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce director and is former chair of the Cornerstone Women's Network.  A true entrepreneur, she previously owned and operated Merdeka, a unique clothing boutique in Downtown Georgetown. She was the chair of the Downtown Business Improvement Association, sat on the steering committee for the hugely successful Downtown Georgetown Farmers Market and published the Downtown Quarterly newspaper in the 1990's.

Frances Hegedus

Office Admin

Bringing many years of HVAC industry experience, office administrator, Francis Hegedus prides herself on her business values and excellent customer service. When not running the office at Brooks Heating & Air,

Frances enjoys country living with her husband and children and supplies us with gorgeous fresh eggs collected from her happy chickens.

Lucas Brooks

HVAC Technician/Son

Nathalie and Chris have passed the torch to their son Lucas who recently completed training at the Halton Skilled Trades Academy. He has had a love of tools and working with his hands since he was young. They spend a lot of time tinkering with their Opa, who taught Chris the trade in the beginning. We are proud to have him on board.

Chris Busato

HVAC Technician

Halton Skilled Trades Academy graduate, Georgetown local, Chris Busato joined the trade because he enjoys hands-on work where he gets to deal with the public. In his spare time, he likes to snowboard & cycle.

Chris is a fully licensed TSSA Gas Technician and is looking  forward to getting his air conditioning apprenticeship.

Andrew Colegate

HVAC Technican

Hailing from Brampton, HVAC technician, Andrew Colgate has many years as a TSSA licensed gas technician and Ontario College of Trades Certified Air Conditioning Mechanic. He has an excellent ability to diagnose any problems you may have with any of your HVAC equipment. A Blue Jays fan a heart, he enjoys playing softball when he’s not on the tools.

Patrick Swica

HVAC Technician

Milton native, Patrick Swica is the latest technician to join our team. He is a TSSA licensed gas technician and Ontario College of Trades Certified Air Conditioning 2nd year apprentice. He received his certification from Fanshawe and Conestoga College.  When not hard at work he will have a fishing pole in his hand trying to catch the big one. 

Jason Emmerson

HVAC Technician

Acton native, Jason earned his gas technician license from the North American Trade School.  A skilled tradesman who takes great attention to detail and  pride in his work, we are happy to have Jason on our team. When he's not installing HVAC equipment, Jason can be found enjoying time with his young daughter or fishing with his fellow Brooks team mates.
